Note: Founded as LVV Zwaluwen in 1935, vv Zwaluwen successively played their home matches at the L&V ground, De Vergulde Hand, Groeneweg, Kethelweg, and Industrieweg, before settling down at Park 't Nieuweland in 1951. Park 't Nieuweland was shared with vv WIK, with each club disposing of their own main pitch. In 1970, vv Zwaluwen moved to their current ground in the Holy neighbourhood on the northern outskirts of Vlaardingen.
